Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must use Choid only for personal, non-commercial dating, social, and entertainment purposes.
• You may not create fake, duplicate, automated, misleading, or abusive accounts.

Your Content

Your content includes profile text, photos, prompts, messages, GIF selections, chat photos, reports, and feedback. You keep ownership of your content, and you give Choid permission to host, display, transmit, moderate, secure, and operate that content as needed to provide the app.

Acceptable Use

• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, shame, defraud, or abuse another person.
• Do not upload content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, hate, threats, or illegal activity.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, affiliation, location, or intentions.
• Do not scrape, sell, publish, or misuse another user's profile, messages, photos, location, or personal information.
• Do not interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security for the app or backend services.

Dating Safety

Choid does not guarantee matches, compatibility, identity, intentions, safety, or offline behavior. Use judgment before sharing personal information, meeting someone, sending money, or leaving the app.

Swipes, Games, And Purchases

Swipes are virtual app credits. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold, or exchanged outside Choid. Chance games, Lounge games, leaderboards, streak rewards, and swipe top-ups are entertainment features and do not award money or prizes outside the app.

Moderation

We may review, remove, limit, preserve, or disclose content and account information when needed to operate Choid, investigate reports, enforce these Terms, prevent harm, protect users, or comply with law.
