Delete Your Choid Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Choid account and associated app data. Choid is the app/developer name used for this request path.

Delete In The App

  1. Open Choid and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Go to Account.
  5. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This removes your account from active systems, including your profile, matches, messages, swipes, reports, notification records, and game data, subject to legal, safety, fraud-prevention, backup, and dispute-retention requirements.

Request Deletion Without The App

If you cannot access the app, email support from the address on your Choid account. Include "Delete my Choid account" in the subject and include the account email address in the message body.

Data That May Be Retained

Limited records may remain where required or appropriate for legal compliance, safety reviews, fraud prevention, moderation decisions, backups, accounting, or dispute handling. Local data may also remain on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall the app.
